Description
A couplet is written as a pair so both halves share one ink and one mood: 20 × 120 cm per strip, seven characters a side, plus the four-character horizontal brow (横批) on a shorter strip. Your wording, or a classical pairing that is out of copyright. Brushed on xuan paper, shipped rolled together in one tube with a hanging guide. For a doorframe, for New Year, for a wedding gate — not for a wall that needs a printed match.
